One Therapy Covent Garden

We began providing therapy in Covent Garden in 2009. Our Covent Garden practice is located in Long Acre, about one minute from Covent Garden station.

Our counsellors and psychotherapists provide both personal counselling for individuals and couples therapy in Covent Garden. Appointments are available from 7.30 am until 8.30 pm most days of the week.

A personal source of support and therapy in Covent Garden

Some of our clients have had therapy before while others experience therapy for the first time when they meet with one of our therapists. Whether you have previous experience of therapy or not, one of our counsellors or psychotherapists may be able to assist you with any personal issues or concerns.

We employ both male and female therapists and all of our therapists are registered with UK professional regulating organisations. Our counsellors in Covent Garden are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Getting things started

Counselling can be about anything. There are no limits to what can be discussed in therapy.  We take confidentiality and your privacy very seriously. Discussions with your therapist are always confidential. How to find us in Covent Garden

One Therapy Covent Garden is located in Long Acre, about one minute from Covent Garden underground station and about six minutes from Holborn station.

Public transportation: Covent Garden station is on the Piccadilly underground line. We are also a short walk from Leicester Square, Holborn and Charing Cross stations. Many public buses stop at Trafalgar Square, about 10 minutes from our offices.

We provide professional, private couples counselling services in London. Some of our therapists have specialist psychosexual training for sexual issues within relationships.

Couples counselling
