One Therapy Brighton began in 2012 providing counselling to individuals and couples from Brighton, Hove and across East Sussex.

One Therapy London began in 2006, and six years later we opened a practice in Brighton.

We are located in The Lanes in central Brighton, with a view of Brighton Town Hall. A map and directions can be found below.

Our Brighton therapy room is bright and spacious, with a discreet entrance and total privacy.

How to find us in Brighton

We are located in Bartholomews in central Brighton, a short walk from Brighton Pier and about 5 minutes’ walk from the Clock Tower, the Lanes and Churchill Square.

Our location is well-served by public transport, with several Brighton bus services stopping just outside our door.
