My sessions began as a way to explore past and current issues, but shifted to focusing on managing anxiety following episodes anxiety attacks. All the way through my sessions I felt the conversations were always constructive and helpful, so much so that I was able to get back from my anxiety to a really great place. We have been in London since 2006.

Our counselling rooms in London are easy to find and always near public transport. We have appointments available 7 days per week. Appointments for online counselling are also available.
