My sessions began as a way to explore past and current issues, but shifted to focusing on managing anxiety following episodes anxiety attacks. All the way through my sessions I felt the conversations were always constructive and helpful, so much so that I was able to get back from my anxiety to a really great place. Even when some topics were more specialised and beyond the scope of my therapist, their suggestions were applicable and very useful.

Many things were positive for me. I appreciate Evan's openness and non-judgemental sessions. I liked the way that Evan linked the things we talked about to theory and behavioural models. I also appreciated the amount he provided reassurance or positive words. I haven't thought of one criticism the whole time I've seen Evan.

I want to thank my therapist more than anything else. We spent almost 6 months together talking about my life. So much happened in our sessions and I felt like she was able to understand me in ways that I had not been able to before. She gave me a new perspective on myself and for her help I’m very grateful.

All I can say is that Annie was the best. My therapy sessions with her happen to be one of the best things I’ve done in the last few years. At times they were hard and at others they were breakthroughs. I have nothing bad to say. Just thanks.

I approached One Therapy for short term counselling in May this year. I felt good about my therapist right from the beginning and the sessions with her were so useful. It helped me to resolve some issues in my career. I felt more confident to deal with the problems and stress at work. I would recommend One Therapy.
