Your privacy and confidentiality

All discussions in counselling and psychotherapy are confidential, although there are rare legal exceptions that will be explained at your first session.

We follow the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s published code of professional ethics.

All client records are protected by the Data Protection Act and we do not share client information with any third party. Exceptions to this policy may occur only where necessary to protect the safety of our clients or others.

Confidential counselling sessions

We will not contact clients on any telephone number or at any address if explicitly asked not to.

And finally, no information is gathered through the use of this website that can identify visitors to the site.
