What our clients say about us
We’re always grateful for kind words and reviews left by our many satisfied clients. Take a look at some of our reviews…
One Therapy was the best investment I ever made in myself. I didn’t realize how much I needed a space to talk through my issues until I was deep into the process. Life takes time to unfold, and healing takes time to process — you need to be in the right place to begin. I’m so grateful I took that step.
Asma Gharbi is an exceptional therapist who brings clarity, compassion and real skill to her work. I am very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her.
I highly recommend it. Jackson’s service was exactly what I was looking for : approachable, empathetic, reliable and handled in a very professional manner. Excellent service from start to finish.
From the start, everything felt professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. I always feel listened to and understood, and every session has helped me move forward in a meaningful way. I am truly grateful and I would highly recommend One Therapy London to anyone considering therapy.
One Therapy London has been incredibly helpful for me. The sessions feel supportive and practical, and I have noticed a real improvement in how I cope day to day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about starting therapy.
Ben has been incredible, my entire life pivoted, can’t recommend enough.
Overall a very positive experience. Tom was a very good listener, asked great questions, and helped me understand myself and my emotions better than I have ever done. Tom was also very easy to deal with and professional.
All I can say is that Annie was the best. My therapy sessions with her happen to be one of the best things I’ve done in the last few years. At times they were hard and at others they were breakthroughs. I have nothing bad to say. Just thanks.
A very good service at One Therapy with times available around your schedule. Can recommend Tatjana who provides a good balance and challenge to your thinking.
Kira is absolutely wonderful. My first time having therapy and she was just absolutely amazing. An extremely positive experience for me. Thank you xx
Tom was a very good listener, asked great questions, and helped me understand myself and my emotions better than I have ever done. Tom was also very easy to deal with and professional. Doing therapy has already changed my life and has started me on a journey to understand myself better, become more resilient, and improve my relationships.
My therapist was the best person I could ever have found. I had an extremely positive experience.
I approached One Therapy for short term counselling in May this year. I felt good about my therapist right from the beginning and the sessions with her were so useful. It helped me to resolve some issues in my career. I felt more confident to deal with the problems and stress at work. I would recommend One Therapy.

I was attending sessions at One Therapy practice for about 1.5 years. I am very happy with the result, sessions there really helped me. I am really grateful to my therapist. Someone recommended him to me as a high professional and (the recommendation) proved right. Thank you.

Popular questions
Want to know more? Take a look at some of the most common questions people ask about therapy.
Is counselling painful or difficult?
Counselling can be emotionally challenging sometimes, depending on the issues and emotions at play. We are there to support you through whatever happens. Your therapist is skilled at helping people experiencing challenging emotions, and in helping build resilience so difficult emotions start to feel more manageable. Therapy is also exciting, enlightening and life changing.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s needs in therapy are different, and people progress at different rates, so predicting how many sessions you need is difficult. Once you and your therapist have had a few sessions, a conversation with your therapist may help you to establish realistic expectations.
Can I stop therapy at any time?
Yes. You can end your sessions whenever you want. Just let your therapist know. You’re also free to take a counselling break and restart when you’re ready. You’re in control, and you’re never tied in.
How often are appointments?
Weekly therapy is the most effective way to get the best long-term benefit from counselling. For most people, consistent, weekly appointments are key to making real progress in therapy.
If you cannot commit to weekly therapy, talk to your therapist at your first appointment. We might be able to offer other options to you. We even provide ad hoc support when needed via our Single Session Talks. But if you can, prioritise your mental health by choosing weekly therapy with one of our experienced therapists.
How much will therapy cost?
Initial consultation £100
Ongoing sessions for individuals: fees start at £90 per session. Fees vary depending on the therapist, and are included in our therapist profiles.
£130 per session
Single Session Talk with a therapist:
£125 per session
£170 per session

Is therapy self-indulgent?
Therapy is an important investment in your mental health. We believe that getting help when you need it is a strength and not a weakness. Therapy can make you feel better, and also help you relate better to the people in your life who matter. So, we would say it’s not self-indulgent! Looking after your mental health can only be a good thing.
