Your past, your present, your future

Any personal issue or concern can be addressed in therapy. You may want to focus on difficult experiences from your past, you may want to talk about what’s happening in your life today or you may want to discuss plans and goals for the future. Your therapist will do more than just listen. Therapy is a collaborative experience between you and your therapist.

Make an appointment at one of our offices in Oxford Circus, Soho, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury or Kensington or, if you can’t easily get to central London book an online counselling appointment today.
