Our fees

Therapy begins with your first appointment, where you can speak with a therapist about your hopes in counselling

Our fee for your first appointment

For individuals, our fee for your initial consultation is £90. If you book with a senior therapist, our fee for your first appointment will be £120.

For couples therapy, all sessions are £150, or £180 if you choose a senior therapist.

Our fee for your ongoing appointments

For individual therapy, we establish the fee for your ongoing sessions at your first appointment. We do this based on your ability to pay, using a sliding scale starting at £90 per session. If you choose to continue with a senior therapist, our fees begin at £120 per session.

For couples therapy, ongoing sessions are £150, or £180 if you choose a senior therapist.

All our therapists are UK-trained and fully qualified. Senior therapists have at least 10 years of experience seeing clients and have been working with us for at least five years.

Single-session talks with a qualified therapist

Sometimes people prefer meeting with a therapist just once. A single-session talk is not quite therapy but provides a one-off opportunity to discuss anything, confidentially, with a qualified therapist. Our fee for a single-session talk with a qualified therapist is £125.

Sometimes people prefer meeting with a therapist just once. A single session talk with a therapist is not quite therapy but provides a one-off opportunity to discuss anything, confidentially, with a qualified therapist. You will have one session with a therapist to talk through whatever might be on your mind.

We have put together a list of questions about therapy, together with our answers.
