Our fees

Therapy begins with your first appointment, where you can speak with a therapist about anything that's on your mind.

Our fee for your first appointment

For individuals, our fee for your initial consultation is £100. If you choose to book with a senior therapist, our fee for your first appointment will be £130. If you book an individual initial consultation with a psychosexual therapist, the fee will be £120.

For couples therapy, all sessions are £160 with a qualified, registered couples therapist or £180 if you choose a senior couples therapist.

For both individuals and couples, your first appointment will be a chance to meet with a therapist and find out how therapy will be able to help. After your first appointment, you will be able to decide if you want to book more appointments in the future.

Our fee for your ongoing therapy

For individual counselling, if you choose to book further appointments after your initial consultation with us, we will agree your fee for ongoing therapy based on your ability to pay using a sliding scale starting as low as £90 per session.

If you choose to continue with a senior therapist, our fees begin at £130 per session.

For couples therapy, ongoing sessions are £160 with a registered couples therapist, or £180 if you choose a senior couples therapist.

For psychosexual therapy (PST) appointments with a Psychosexual therapist are £120 for individuals and £160 for couples.

Support with a therapist ‘from time to time’

Most of our clients attend weekly therapy sessions with their therapists. This is the best and most effective way to get the most out of your therapy experience.

Sometimes people prefer meeting with their therapist for occasional support, when needed. A single-session talk with a therapist is not quite therapy but provides a one-off opportunity to discuss anything, confidentially, with your therapist. Our fee for a single-session talk with a qualified therapist is £125.

You can book a Single Session Talk with your therapist easily using our online booking system. This allows you to see your therapist when you want to see them, by booking your appointments one by one.

The easiest way to book your first appointment is by using our online booking system.

Our clients have reported great results!

Mr K
“I was attending sessions at One Therapy practice for about 1 1/2 years. I am very happy with the result, sessions there really helped me. I am really grateful to my therapist. Someone recommended him to me as a high professional and it proved right, thank you.”
Mrs M
“I can only provide positive comments on my sessions with (my therapist). This was my first experience with a therapist, and she managed to make me feel comfortable. And I must say that the sessions were helpful and efficient.”
Mrs E
“My therapist was extremely helpful, considerate and understanding. I felt she properly understood what the issues I had were, and their underlying causes, and I feel I benefited considerably from the sessions with her.”
Mrs N
“I immediately felt completely at ease as they were very professional while showing genuine care and interest in helping me. I was able to confront many issues which I had so far chosen to ignore despite their negative effects on my personal relationships and happiness. I would have no hesitation in recommending (One Therapy) to anyone looking to improve their relationships and self-esteem.”
Mrs L
“I learned a lot about myself and about the relationships I make with other people. I was able to see where I was going wrong and I now make better personal choices. Thank you, again.”
Mrs R
“I can’t thank you enough for the help and support I got from my appointments. I would highly recommend therapy to anyone now. Therapy helped me in more ways than I could have imagined. Please tell (my therapist) how grateful I am for her help.”

What do I talk about in counselling?

One of the most common worries I hear expressed by people starting counselling is that they won’t know what to talk about. Some people think their problems aren’t significant enough. Others fear they have too much to say, that they might overwhelm the therapist…
