Therapy wherever you are

Online therapy sessions work the same as in-person counselling. Appointments take place on an agreed day and time, and last 50 minutes.

To have online therapy, you’ll need a private space to meet with your therapist, a laptop or device to access the online meeting link, and a reliable internet connection. Platforms we use for online sessions include Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp and Teams.

It’s up to you where you choose to join, as long as it’s private – it could be your home, a meeting room at work, or somewhere else.

Can you facilitate therapy in different languages?

Online and in person therapy is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, German, Danish, Serbian, Croatian, Russian and Portuguese, subject to our therapists’ availability.

If you require therapy in one of these languages, please get in touch.

For those living outside London, online therapy can help anyone who can’t find suitable therapy in their local area. We’ve helped clients in many countries around the world.

Connect with your therapist on the go

A safe and confidential online space for you

Therapy is a private and personal experience. You can rest assured that your discussions in counselling are confidential, and that your therapist will not judge your behaviour, personal choices or past experience. We’re here to listen, support and empower.

In-person therapy is also available

Many of our clients prefer to meet with their therapist in-person at one of our locations in Oxford Circus, Bloomsbury or Brighton. Some people prefer a combination of both in-person and online appointments.

Whatever you choose, the most important thing is that you get the help or support you need.

We've provided thousands of online counselling sessions since 2006

Want to know more? Take a look at some of the most common questions people ask about therapy.

Yes. Online therapy sessions work the same way as in person counselling, the same 50 minutes, the same qualified therapist, the same private and confidential space. Many clients find it just as effective, and the convenience of meeting from wherever they are makes it easier to stay consistent, which is a big part of getting the most from therapy.

Face-to-face therapy is best. There is nothing quite like two people coming together in the same room. The most important factor in therapy is the relationship that forms between client and therapist, and in-person sessions help build this more effectively.

There is, however, a place for online therapy. For some people, it is the preferred or only option. The most important thing is to get the help you need.

Just three things:

  • a private space where you won’t be overheard,
  • a laptop or device to open the meeting link,
  • reliable internet connection.

That’s it. It’s up to you where you join from, your home, a room at work, or anywhere else private. Your therapist will send everything you need beforehand.

We use platforms most people already know, including Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp and Teams. Your therapist will agree the best option with you and send a link ahead of your appointment, so all you need to do is join at your agreed time. There’s nothing complicated to set up.

Yes. Our online counselling is available to people across the UK and around the world. It’s especially helpful if you can’t find suitable therapy in your local area, we’ve supported clients in many countries. As long as you have a private space and a reliable connection, you can meet your therapist from anywhere.

Yes, subject to therapist availability. We offer therapy, online and in person, in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, German, Danish, Serbian, Croatian, Russian and Portuguese. If you’d like sessions in one of these languages, just get in touch and we’ll help match you with the right therapist.

Yes. Many clients choose a combination of both, meeting their therapist in person at our Oxford Circus or Bloomsbury spaces some weeks, and online others.

It’s entirely flexible around your life. Whatever works best for you is the right choice; the most important thing is that you get the support you need.

AI is good at gathering information and explaining it clearly, but it can’t replace the complex, collaborative relationship you build with a human therapist, and that relationship is at the heart of effective therapy.

A trained therapist understands your emotional and psychological needs, and responds to you as a person, in a way AI simply can’t.

Your online initial consultation is £100 for individuals or £170 for couples. Ongoing sessions start from £90, with the exact fee depending on which therapist you choose, you’ll find current pricing on each therapist’s profile. There are no hidden costs, and you’re never tied into a package.
