Asma is a Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychological Therapies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Asma offers psychodynamic, humanistic, and integrative therapies to individuals and couples, tailoring her approach to each person’s needs and preferences. Sessions may be short or long term, depending on what feels most supportive.
Asma provides a non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to explore their feelings, make sense of their experiences, get to know themselves more fully, and reconnect with parts of themselves they may have previously pushed aside. Her work aims to help clients integrate these experiences and forge deep, lasting changes.
She has extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds on a wide range of issues, including trauma, abuse, relationships, identity, anxiety, and depression.
Ongoing appointment fees with Asma
Following your initial consultation Asma’s fee for ongoing therapy for individuals is based on a sliding scale starting at £120 per session. Your fee will be agreed collaboratively during your first appointment, taking into account your personal financial circumstances.
Asma also offers a limited number of reduced-fee slots at £90 per session, for those on lower incomes, and for trainees.
Asma’s fee for couples therapy is £170 per session from the first appointment.
