Tom works with individuals and couples, supporting clients from all backgrounds with warmth, insight, and professionalism.
In his work with individuals, Tom draws on extensive training and many years of experience working as a therapist in London. He helps clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addiction, sexual concerns, and relationship difficulties. He offers a careful, tailored approach that supports meaningful and lasting results.
Tom is also a qualified couples therapist. Tom helps couples who are looking to address problems in their relationship, improve communication between each other, or work through complex issues together. He provides a supportive space where both partners can feel heard and understood equally.
For both individuals and couples, Tom values openness and honesty with his clients. He encourages clients to speak freely about all aspects of their lives—including topics that may feel difficult to discuss elsewhere, such as sex, substance use, death anxiety, and difficult childhood experiences.
Knowing that starting therapy can feel stressful, Tom creates a welcoming, non-judgemental environment from the very first session. His style is collaborative, empathetic, and down-to-earth, combining clarity and a straightforward focus to help clients make sense of their experiences and gain more control in their lives. Your first session with Tom will give you an idea of how he works, and he’ll answer any questions you may have about therapy.
Tom has been a member of our team for more than 5 years.
