Damla offers a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly — perhaps for the first time — about the thoughts, emotions and challenges shaping your life.
She provides psychodynamic psychotherapy, gently exploring the deeper, often unconscious, roots of emotional difficulties.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or navigating a major life change, Damla helps you understand what’s going on beneath the surface. By exploring how past experiences shape your present, therapy can support lasting change, greater emotional resilience and a deeper connection with yourself and others.
Many people seek therapy not only during crises but also when something simply feels ‘off’ — when they feel disconnected, uncertain or unable to move forward. Damla welcomes clients with all backgrounds and life experiences.
She holds two Master’s degrees in psychotherapy, and trained at the Tavistock and Portman, a leading mental health institute famous worldwide for innovative psychodynamic therapy and expert training.
Damla offers both short-term and open-ended therapy, tailored to your needs. While therapy can bring up difficult feelings, she sees it as a powerful and rewarding journey toward clarity, healing and personal growth.
She works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, bereavement, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, burnout, identity issues, cultural transitions and sexual abuse.
