Geraldine (she/her) is a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples in a couple or polyamorous relationship.
Geraldine’s style of therapy is to work collaboratively and at her client’s pace.
It is always difficult to make the decision to begin therapy but Geraldine works together with her clients to address any issues that may feel difficult to explore on their own. Geraldine has a curiosity to explore why her clients feel the way they do and to understand and sometimes challenge problematic ways of being. Geraldine has experience of working with clients who have issues with relationships, romantic or not, identity, abuse and cultural issues. In therapy, there are opportunities to discuss all areas of life including your past, your family as well as low self esteem, addiction, sex, relationship and attachment issues.
Geraldine’s aim is always to be open minded, non-judgmental and to create a safe environment that will facilitate deeper thinking and freedom for her clients to express how they truly feel.
Geraldine has experience working with clients on both a long term and short-term basis. Geraldine is a qualified psychotherapist and holds a COSRT Level 5 certificate in Couple/Relationship Therapy.
