Faith is a thoughtful and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist with a postgraduate training from Oxford University.
She is passionate about creating a safe, non-judgemental and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can explore their most difficult experiences or parts of themselves. Working at a pace that feels right for her clients, Faith’s perceptive but warm and empathetic nature helps them feel heard and understood.
Her approach is grounded in psychodynamic principles, enabling clients to uncover and consider the more hidden or unconscious parts of themselves. This creates a space for meaningful self-discovery and growth, empowering clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and effect significant change.
Faith has experience counselling adults and older adults with a breadth of presenting problems including unresolved trauma and loss, struggles with their sense of self or low self-worth, repetitive or destructive ways of relating to others, addictive behaviour, anxiety and depression.
With a professional background in the City across both the creative and financial sectors, Faith brings a unique perspective to her practice, connecting deeply with clients from all walks of life. She welcomes clients looking to explore their inner world and move forward with renewed understanding and purpose.
