One Therapy
Kensington

Just four minutes from High Street Kensington station and eight minutes from Notting Hill, our small team of therapists in Kensington may be able to help.

Though we have been providing therapy in London since 2006, we have only recently opened our first practice in Kensington. We hope to build the same good reputation in Kensington that we have had for many years in central London.

Kira, Antonella, Philip and the rest of our team in Kensington will be happy to see you

Your first appointment with one of our therapists will help us understand more about you and your needs in therapy and will help you decide which one of our therapists will be the best match for you. Your initial consultation with us will allow time for any questions you might have.

Therapy can be about absolutely anything, from general self-improvement to more specific concerns like infertility issues, issues around race and diversity, sexual issues, issues around sexuality, low moods and depression, help with having experienced difficult or traumatic events and many other emotional, behavioural or psychological problems. There is no limit to what can be discussed in therapy. And your therapy will be a positive, collaborative experience, between you and your therapist.
