Our counselling practice in Soho provides a private space to talk just minutes from Piccadilly Circus or Oxford Circus

Our therapy room is warm, modern and easily accessible to clients living and working in central London. We have been in the area since 2006.

Therapy sessions are available in Soho Monday to Saturday, from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm (7.30 pm on Saturdays). So whether it’s convenient for you to see a counsellor before or after work, in your lunch break or at any other time of the day, we can help you.

We love being in Soho. Our clients have all kinds of life experiences and come from many different backgrounds. 

Our team of experienced therapists has helped clients with problems like stresssexual issues, workplace problems, men’s issuesgrief and bereavementanger issues, relationship problems, gay, lesbian and bisexual issues, trans and gender-related issues and depression. There is no limit to what can be discussed in therapy.

Therapy is non-judgemental. Your therapist will support you through whatever you might need to discuss. In Soho, our therapy room provides a private, quiet space to talk.

How to find us in Soho

We are around five minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road underground stations. That puts our Soho branch within easy reach of the Piccadilly, Bakerloo, Central, Victoria, Northern and Elizabeth lines. 

Many buses stop nearby on Oxford Street, Regent Street and Shaftesbury Avenue.
