Soho

Our counselling practice in Soho provides a private space to talk just minutes from Piccadilly Circus or Oxford Circus.

Counselling and psychotherapy is available in Soho in the mornings before work, at lunchtime and in the evenings until 8.30 pm. We also have appointments available on Saturdays and Sundays. Our therapy room is warm, modern and easily accessible to clients living and working in central London. We have been in the area since 2006.

We are usually able to see clients within 10 days of their initial contact with us though sometimes it’s necessary to operate a short waiting list for certain appointment times. Let us know when you’re available and we will do our best to find an appointment time that is convenient for you.

We love being in Soho. Our clients have all kinds of life experiences and come from many different backgrounds. Our team of therapists has experience helping our clients with problems like stresssexual issues, workplace problems, men’s issuesgrief and bereavementanger issues, relationship problems, gay, lesbian and bisexual issues, trans and gender-related issues and problems like depression. There is no limit to what can be discussed in therapy.

Therapy is non-judgemental. Your therapist will support you through whatever you might need to discuss. In Soho, our therapy room provides a private, quiet oasis of calm.

How to find us in Soho

We are about 5 minutes’ walk from both Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Circus underground stations.

Public transportation: Piccadilly Circus is served by Piccadilly and Bakerloo line underground trains while Oxford Circus station is on the Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines. A number of buses stop at Piccadilly Circus and on Oxford Street. Please check your local bus schedule to plan your journey. Parking is available nearby at local paid parking garages.
