A central location for personal therapy in London

One Therapy Fitzrovia provides personal counselling for individuals as well as couples counselling. Our clients may choose short or longer-term counselling options for help with a range of personal issues and both male and female therapists are available in Fitzrovia.

How does counselling work?

Progress in therapy happens through the unique and confidential relationship that takes place between therapist and client. Our therapists are trained to understand and help resolve most personal life issues. Together, you and your therapist will discuss the emotional, psychological or behavioural issues that might be holding you back.

Counselling can address anything that’s on your mind and we take confidentiality and your privacy very seriously. Discussions with your therapist are always confidential. And therapy is non-judgemental — we do not judge personal choices or life experiences.
